Practice Extended Hours

The surgery is also open on some Saturdays as part of the extended access service .Please contact the reception for further information.

When We Are Closed

When the surgery is closed during weekends, holidays, and evenings, an out-of-hours service is available:

  • Call 0161 336 5958 for assistance between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm on weekdays.

  • Outside these hours, please call NHS 111 for medical support.

Staff Training Closure: Please note that the surgery closes at 1:00 pm every two months for staff training. During these times, full GP cover is available via the out-of-hours service at 0161 336 5958.

Out-of-hours staff can provide medical advice and assess whether a home visit is necessary.

Since out-of-hours services can be extremely busy, we kindly ask that you only request a doctor if your condition cannot wait until the surgery reopens.

In a genuine emergency, such as chest pain or severe shortness of breath, please call 999 immediately.
